Shipping & Returns

For NZ'ders, Your shopping cart has the option to pick up from our premises (Click & Collect), or to have your order sent via courier.

All orders within New Zealand are sent via courier. Your order is normally despatched within 5 working days once payment has been processed into our account, and providing raw materials are available. This is because all orders are made individually for you after payment has been received.

For orders sent outside of New Zealand, delivery times may vary. You can track your order via your local Postal Service.

Please note that we only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes.

All pending orders are processed in order received, and then in order of payments received. Book orders are subject to the time factor listed on each title... as we do not generally carry these in stock, and they are ordered in from around the world for you. In some rare cases we may be notified that they are currently out of publication and are awaiting a new print batch. You will be notified if this is the case and asked how you wish to proceed.


Estimated Delivery Costs are currently subject to change due to freight prices changing with Covid-19 and its impact on shipping times in NZ and Internationally)


Please don't panic when you see your shipping cost as I am manually adjusting them to real time rates which during the Covid-19 Level 1 here in NZ is lower than during Levels 2-4, hence the surcharge is built in.


We have a minimum order value of $7.50. Any orders under $7.50 will be a charged a fee of $5.00. as even the smallest orders incur the same time in packaging and postage.


Please note that some countries prohibit the delivery of essential oils, crystals and perfumed goods.

Products that arrive damaged will be replaced at no cost to you.  Photos are required so I can lodge a claim with the delivery provider.

Late Deliveries:
Amor Aromatherapy accepts no responsibility for Couriers and NZ Post taking longer than their estimated times to deliver your order. If your order has a critical timeline, please state this on your order in the comments section or via email to us, so we can advise if your order can be processed and despatched in time to try and meet your deadline. From our end, the clock starts ticking once we have received your payment. Please note that couriers do mis-sort parcels from time to time, as well as have delays due to weather conditions, serious accidents and Covid-19. Please allow for these possibilites when placing your order.  Auckland deliveries are currently taking 2-3 days to get across town due to the increase of online orders.
