Conditions of Use
Thank you for choosing to shop with Amor for my clinic and products. There's a lot of conditions to work your way through (sorry) so on this new website I have numbered them to make reading easier... I hope!
- Prices are subject to change without notice due to the sensitive harvesting of essential oils and the volatility of the NZ Dollar with importing costs, however, once your order has been placed you will not be affected.
- Please note we are not able to export 50ml bottles of citrus essential oils as they are now classed as a hazardous product due to their volatility under pressure.
- Amor Aromatherapy does not collect personal information during your visit to this site, only from orders you have placed and we only use this information for the purpose of improving our service to you, and in-house marketing. We do not pass this information on to any third parties. Please login to your account to update or remove your information.
- Most distributors and manufacturers in the container and essential oil industry do not want to work with consumers buying on a small retail basis. To discourage these buyers, most companies require large minimum orders. Amor Aromatherapy seeks for business opportunities with smaller buyers and therefore, we have no minimum order requirements. You may order as little as 1 item or as many as 10,000. In order to cover the base handling fees associated with these smaller orders, we do charge a $5.00 Small Order Fee to any order under $7.50 of product.
- We have attempted to post this information clearly on our site to avoid any confusion. This message is displayed on email confirmation of any order placed online as well as on the shopping cart checkout page.
- Due to limited space, we do not always carry stock of the items you desire, however,ey are shown as being available online so you are able to order them. Most containers are with us within 72 hrs of receiving your payment (excluding weekends), however, our cosmetic containers do come in from overseas if you desire more than the quantity that is listed. Typically, they are here within 3 weeks (excluding Covid-19 delays) as we have them shipped via International Mail to keep your costs down.
- I make all my formulations up fresh, and these are created for you on the weekends. For this reason, my processing time for orders is 5 working days (courier working days that is).
- Paypal orders - this site is now automated, however don't panic - you are not charged until I have checked that everything is in stock and the shipping is correct as it is set to overestimate and then you get a nice surprise when it is reduced. I will process the payments within 24 hrs ~ usually in the evenings once I have checked stock levels, so keep an eye on your inbox for a notification from me in case there are any changes to your order. You will only be notified that an item is out of stock if I cannot receive it within 72 hrs of your payment.
- For NZ Customers, Amor does accept payment via Internet Banking, Credit Card (via PayPal), Direct Deposit & LayBy.
- Layby terms are available for orders over $40 and for a maximum of 12 weeks. 10% Deposit is required within 72 hours of receiving your order which is then to be paid off at a minimum of $10 per week via a direct debit. Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be despatched.
- For International Customers, Amor accepts payment via PayPal only and orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment if all items are in stock. These orders are sent via International Air Mail. If you would like your order sent via International Courier, please advise us at the time you place your order and rates will be sent to you.
- The courier service collects your order by 2:30pm, sometimes earlier. International orders are collected by 3.00pm
- You will be updated on the status of your order as it is being processed.
- Please email me within 24 hours if an item you have purchased is not what you expected, please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the returns policy below. Please note: if an item is on promotion or clearance, the sale is final and cannot be returned.
- Please be advised that parcels will be delivered to the address entered at the checkout. Any parcels that are returned to Amor Aromatherapy because the delivery address has been entered incorrectly will incur an additional delivery charge. Any deliveries accepted by a person residing at the address provided are the customer's responsibility.
- I sincerely hope that when your parcel arrives, you are happy with your purchase. Please be advised that as per the Consumer Guarantees Act, I am not obliged to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or circumstances.
- Please read the conditions below for returning incorrect or faulty items;
- Email and quote your order number, and let me know what the fault is
- Post the item/s using a tracked service, to the address given when the return is accepted
- Email and advise that you have returned the item, and let me know the tracking number
- The item/s must be returned to Amor Aromatherapy within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item/s must be in original condition
- Please note: sale items can not be returned
- If returned items meet the above conditions, a refund, or credit will be issued within three (3) working days. Credits are issued in the form of a gift card, credits are valid for 60 days, and will be for the price of the purchase less postage.
