Here's a list of Amor's most frequently asked questions over the last few years.
Hours of Business
When are you open?
Clinic appointments are available from 10am with the last booking time at 7pm Monday - Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.
Click and Collects are generally available during the same time, however I do have other committments outside of Amor so appointments are best if you wish to see me.
Do you have a shop?
Amor is online only, however, appointments can be made to view mica colours and packaging options.
Do you sell products individually?
Yes, most definitely! However, Amor has a minimum order value of $7.50. Any orders under $7.50 will be a charged a fee of $5.00, as even the smallest order incurs the same time in invoicing, picking, packaging and postage.
What are indent items?
Indent items are items we like the look of to sell, however, I don't have the space to stock them. I order your indent items once your payment is received, and they typically take 5-10 days for them to arrive depending on the supplier. If the lead time is longer than this, you will be updated via email to confirm that this is okay before your payment is finally processed. At this stage, you can still change or cancel your order.
Do you sell mica in sizes larger than 10gm?
If I bring it into the country in bulk, I sell it in larger quantities and these are shown on the website where available. I often bring in a smaller quantity to start with to see if the colour is popular (or not).
I'm interested in making a powder mineral foundation. Do you sell this as a kit, or can you let me know what I will need to make one?
Amor sells a range of cosmetic kits and individual ingredients to create your own, as well as cosmetic recipe booklets you can download.
Do you make up blends of essential oils and/or products for me?
Yes, I do! I specialise in Bespoke products - individually customised products for you, whether it's an aromatherapy blend, a massage oil or a cosmetic product. Send me an email with your requirements.
Can I add to my order?
Yes, you can! To add to your order, please create a new order, add in the comments "add to order number ####" select Click & Collect for the shipping option and make your payment. If the package is considerably larger and goes up into the next courier price break, you will be charged for extra shipping.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes, you can, however, only if it hasn't been paid for yet. I don't always carry stock, so as soon as you have paid for an indent item, I order it from my supplier, so these items cannot be removed. Same applies if I have manufactured a product for your order. As everything is made fresh, with minimum preservatives, once the base is made, it is yours.
Do you have wholesale or practitioner pricing?
Yes they are available on selected products, and this can be added to your online account. I will need to see your qualifications to set this up for you.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can!! Please place your order online and select "Click & Collect" and once it has been processed you will be sent an email advising you it is ready to be collected. Collection is in Red Beach, Hibiscus Coast, Auckland. During Lockdown Levesl 2-4, this is Contactless, you will need to use the Covid Tracing App and Scan my poster, and you will need to be wearing a Mask. Please note that I cannot be vaccinated due to an allergy to one of the ingredients, so I am relying on you to keep me safe!!! I know I haven't ventured far or into crowds, what about you?
Can I collect my order the same day?
Sorry, same day picks up are not feasible due to the orders being processed before yours, however you can collect anytime once you have been advised your order is ready.
Do you send to Rural Delivery addresses?
Yes I do! Your order will be sent via Pass The Parcel at no extra cost!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. International orders are paid for via PayPal, and can be shipped via International Mail (untracked) or International Courier (Tracked). The website currently quotes International Mail rates, and Courier rates can be provided on request.
I didn't see your bank account details?
Don't Panic! They are on the bottom of your confirmation email, however please don't put payment through until I have come back to you via email and confirmed that all items are in stock.
