If you love glorious tropical gardens and endless blue skies, then you'll be enchanted by this blend with Ylang ylang and Palmarosa... both fabulous ways to enhance your wellbeing.

Created with clinical grade essential oils, our skin blends will help you feel good whilst you go about your daily skincare routine, and they'll help your skin cope better with the stresses of daily life.

This blend is great for oily and combination skin, whether it's the dreaded T-zone, a few pimples or unsightly blackheads. This blend is also the perfect choice if your acne is mild.

And here's why... It's because of the properties of these essential oils.

Petitgrain (Citrus aurantum) from Paraguay which has a lovely soft citrus woody scent. This is because it's made from the twigs and leaves of the same tree that provides neroli and bergamot essential oils, and has similar emotional properties, being calming and uplifting.
I love using Petitgrain in skincare because it is a cellular regenerator, and helps to calm over-active sebaceous glands - perfect for those irritating hormonal breakouts.

Ho Wood (Cinnamomum camphoral) from China has a lovely soft rosewood scent and is ideal for sensitive inflamed skin, as it soothes and calms it down.
Ho Wood has the ability to stimulate tissue regeneration, which can help heal the deeper skin layers under those pimples you've been picking. As an added bonus, it's antimicrobial, so it helps prevent any bacterial infections that may occur.
Ho Wood is now being used as a sustainable alternative to rosewood, so if you're an eco-warrior, this may appeal to you.

Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii) from India has a beautiful rosy citrus aroma... sounds weird I know!
If your breakouts are due to hormonal cycles, you're going to love Palmarosa as it balances the hormones, and what better way to do this than through your skin, whilst pampering yourself.
This lovely oil has some pretty special skin skills... antimicrobial, antiseptic, hydrating, balances sebum production and heals tissue... what more could you want when it's that special time and you've just had a breakout?! It's your new best friend for oily and problem skin.

Ylang Ylang Complete (Cananga odorata) from Comoros... one of the most exotic oils around! yes, it's flowery, and yes, it can be overpowering. However, I've carefully developed this blend so that it sits in the background, letting you know it's there, without knocking out you and everyone else you know, with it's heady aroma.
Ylang ylang balances sebum production, which is great, however, the real reason I've always put this one in the blend is because it of it's beautiful effect on our emotions...
It's calming, and it has this wonderful ability to help us accept ourselves for who we are, to release our fears, and enjoy life... and there is a theory of thought patterns out there, that if we don't accept ourselves for who we are, we're more likely to develop acne...

Okay, that's the deep and meaningful stuff over...

How to use? Add 15 drops to 30ml of vegetable oil and gently apply to your skin. After 15 minutes tissue off the excess. If you like to wear makeup during the day, this blend is best applied at night.

You can also add this blend to water to create a mist spray, to apple cider vinegar to create a toner, to your moisturiser and to your cleanser. I do recommend you do not exceed the ratio of 15 drops per 30ml, otherwise your skin could become sensitive to this blend with long term use.

Freshly made to order and packaged in a green glass bottle with a dripulator top, in a box with an instruction leaflet.
