a-pinene (0.5-10.0%), camphene (0.-0.5%), b-pinene (0-10.0%), sabinene (0-10.%), myrcene (0.-0.5%), 1,8 cineole (0.5-25%), g-terpinene (0.-0.5%), caryophyllene (0-10.0%), propyl angelate (0.5-10.0%), butyl angelate (0.5-10.0%).

Indications: Roman Chamomile has excellent antispasmodic and sedative properties due to its ester content, and is beneficial for relieving pain associated with irregular periods, PMS, and abdominal pain.
Emotions: Roman Chamomile oil is particularly helpful where stress and anxiety are inclined to make a person irritable or nervous.
Skin care: Roman Chamomile oil is recommended for sensitive, red or dry skin.
Directions: Combine with other pure essential oils or use alone in a diffuser. Use 3-7 drops. Can be diluted in carrier oil and applied topically to soothe the skin and nourish the nervous system.
