• Lavender - Calming, soothing, eases bruising.
• Lemongrass - is warming and stimulating and helps flush the aches and pains away.
• Manuka - a good analgesic (pain reliever).
• Rosemary - an effective analgesic for tired, stiff and overworked muscles.
• Amor Massage Base Oil -  Grapeseed oil, nurturing for your skin, easily glides on, nut and mineral free with no known allergens.
• Amor Massage Balm Base - My Amor massage balm is made from Beeswax, Grapeseed, Apricot Kernel, Meadowfoam Seed and soy-derived Vitamin E oils. It is firm for travelling, won't unexpectedly leak if it tips over, and melts easily in your hands when you're working with it. It is a low allergen formula, nut free and ideal for all skin types. Please note that because it contains beeswax, you shouldn't use this on anyone allergic to bees. If you are allergic to bees, I can create for you a bespoke massage cream, so please contact me with your requirements.

To use:
Massage Balm - apply 1-2 x day by warming about a teaspoon sized clump between your hands and gently massaging the areas of your body which are aching and directing the strokes towards the heart as this helps improve circulation.
