Description: Clary sage is a colourless to pale yellow oil with a sweet, nutty and herbaceous aroma.

Major constituents: A typical chemical composition of Clary Sage Essential Oil:

Linalool, (10-20%), linalyl acetate (60-70%), caryophyllene (1.5-2.5%), a-terpineol (0.5-2.5%), geraniol (trace-1.5%), neryl acetate (0.3-1.0), sclareol (0.5-2.0%), germacrene D (3.0-5.0%).

Indications: Clary sage oil may be used in a massage oil, vaporiser or bath to help relieve nervous tension, stress, irritability and mild anxiety. Traditionally used for the relief of pre-menstrual and menstrual symptoms.

Skin Care: Clary sage oil helps to regulate excess sebum production and may be used to treat acne, oily hair and skin.

Directions: Adults: Add 3 drops to oil vaporiser or 2 drops to every 10mL carrier oil.
