Sabinene (3.0%), a-terpinene (3.0%), g-terpinene (7.3%), p-cymene (5.3%), terpinolene (2.0%), linalool (3.3%), cis-sabinene hydrate (7.1%), linalyl acetate (7.4%), terpinen-4-ol (31.6%), a-terpineol (8.3%).
Indications: Sweet marjoram is useful for relieving insomnia and high blood pressure, as well as relieving tired, tight and aching muscles after strenuous activity, and reducing arthritic, rheumatoid and menstrual pain.

Directions: Adults: Add 3 drops to bath or 2 drops to every 10ml carrier oil.
