Description: A pale-yellow oil with a warm, spicy, sharp and woody aroma.

Major constituents: A typical chemical composition of Sweet Marjoram Essential Oil:

Sabinene (3.0%), a-terpinene (3.0%), g-terpinene (7.3%), p-cymene (5.3%), terpinolene (2.0%), linalool (3.3%), cis-sabinene hydrate (7.1%), linalyl acetate (7.4%), terpinen-4-ol (31.6%), a-terpineol (8.3%).

Indications: Sweet marjoram is useful for relieving insomnia and high blood pressure, as well as relieving tired, tight and aching muscles after strenuous activity, and reducing arthritic, rheumatoid and menstrual pain.

Emotions: The warm scent soothes and calms the mind.

Directions: Adults: Add 3 drops to bath or 2 drops to every 10ml carrier oil.
