We all know that we are what we eat.
Our skin needs the following nutrients to function:

- Fibre,
- Vitamins A, B2, B3, B6, B12, C
- Bioflavonoids,
- Biotin,
- C,
- Essential Fatty Acids,
- Folic Acid,
- Zinc
are essential for it’s daily function.
And then there’s the amino acids required for collagen production—proline, lycine and glycine.
So you can see why they say eating a clean healthy diet is important for looking and feeling good —let’s face it, if your skin is looking good, you do feel better within yourself and you don’t have to wear cosmetics that then end up blocking your pores and not allowing your skin to breathe.

From there, they will help you formulate a plan to give you optimal health.
