Sniffy Sticks are an easy way to use essential oils safely.
This gentle blend of essential oils help relieve nausea. Created originally as a mist spray for myself when I was experiencing hyperemesis in 1993/94, I added it to my Mothercare range in 1998, and have used it many times over the years with migraines and digestive upsets. More recently, it has become part of National Women's Materntiy Take Home Packs, and is now available in the Birthing Unit.
You can sniff it or you can suck on it (even during contractions), totally up to you although you may want to wipe it down before sucking on it if it has been up your nose eh...
The essential oils in this blend make it safe enough for expectant and breastfeeding mums, children over 1 years old, the elderly and infirmed. There are no contraindications with this blend unless you have a rare allergy to one of the ingredients.
Your plastic sniffy can be recycled, and you can sterilise it, and replace the filter.
