For the fussy and sensitive eaters in your family!
Whether your child is fussy, on the spectrum and nervous about trying new tastes and textures, or taking medications that create loss of appetite, this blend could be what you are looking for!
Not just for children, use with your elderly parents or anyone who's recovering from an illness or grief and has lost their appetite.
- Cardamom - helps reduce nausea and vomting due to its chemical constituents, as well as helping to prevent and relieve intestinal gas.
- Ginger - has similar properties to cardamom, can ease hiccups and helps gastrointestinal mobility. Interestingly, ginger is also recommended for for when we feel depleted and lethargic, which can also cause loss of appetite.
- Nutmeg - has the wonderful abiltiy if being able to help people who cannot assimilate food, and assists with relieving anxiety issues around food.
- Sweet Orange - also helps with anxiety, and is a wonderfully calming oil for children and our inner child, as well as being able to soothe our sympathetic nervous system and increase our parasympathetic nervous system activity.
How to use:
Diffuser - 1-2 drops near your child/ren while cooking dinner to stimulate their digestive system - it's so effective that I need to eat as soon as I make this up each time.
Comes packaged in an amber glass bottle with a black lid.
2.5ml = approx 50 drops, 5ml = approx 100 drops
If this doesn't work for your child, let me know and I can create a new blend based on the "kitchen herb" range of oils.
As our children grow, so do our options with essential oils, so this was our next level up.
