Mothercare Tiredness Blend, 5ml

To keep you going when you really just want to curl up and snooze...

A wonderful aromatic blend from the leaves and fruit of the citrus reticulata family that is ideal for the 1st and 3rd trimesters when your body is adapting to all the changes, as well as any time when you just need that extra lift.  
Also great when you are feeling you just need that little something to give you a boost and help you get through the day whether you're a Mum or not!

• Bergamot - is uplifting, stimulating, caring, and assists with stimulating appetite loss due to emotional stress.
• Mandarin - so refreshing and soothing, a gentle lift to the senses.
• Petitgrain - brings clarity and peacefulness, with the bonus of being uplifting and refreshing, and is wonderful for nervous exhaustion and stress.

This synergy of essential oils can be added to a carrier oil, shea butter or one of Amor's body moisturisers to be massaged into your body, or you can add 2-3 drops to your bath to soak in, or add to an oil burner or mist spray to scent your room.

To use:
Mist Spray - add 1-3 drops to 50ml purified or distilled water in a mist spray bottle, depending on the concentration you require, and mist over face up to 6 times a day.

Room Diffuser - add 1-2 drops for up to 30 minutes - great for when meals are being prepared.

Massage Oil - add 1-2 drops to 50ml vegetable oil in a glass bottle, and gently massage over upper tummy around the gall bladder area in a circular direction.

Roll On / Pulse Point - add 1-2 drops to 10ml vegetable oil in a roller bottle, and apply to wrist pulse points and inhale as required.

This is another one of my very first formulations which I used when I was pregnant with my son Kyle.  
During my first and 2nd trimesters I bathed in this formulation every evening after work...
and made it into a mist spray to take to work during my 3rd trimester to help keep me focused during the day.

After he was born, he was a catnapper - I couldn't have survived the lack of sleep all those years without this blend,
and I still use it now, 27 years later when I need that extra pick-me-up, usually due to hours of computer work!
