Indications: Mandarin oil is known as 'the children's remedy' because of its soothing qualities and affects on relieving colic and indigestion. Used in a massage oil, vaporiser or bath it helps to relieve insomnia, nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.

Skin care: Mandarin oil may be used for the treatment of acne, congested and oily skin.
Directions: Adults: Add 5 drops to an oil vaporiser or 2 drops to every 10ml carrier oil. Children: Half the adult dose.
