Empty pencil barrel for you to create your own lip or eye liners, and even eyeshadows and lipsticks.

End cap is removable. You can bottom fill this pencil.

It is incredibly easy to fill and sharpen.

To fill, fill up a syringe to the 1.5 ml line and inject into the pencil top. You will want to top it off a bit the same as you would a lip balm.

Let harden and then sharpen. For easier sharpening put in the refrigerator to set. Easy to sharpen plastic, made easier with our sharpeners.
