Glitter Chameleon Mica

Be inspired by Colorona® Glitter Chameleon and its shimmering brownish-red colour that reflects a green hue at certain viewing angles. It’s very shimmery, with a sparkle due to its slightly larger particle size, and very popular with those who enjoy making their own cosmetics and melt & pour soaps.

On a dark background, it has a green base with red sparks, and on a white background, it has a red base with green sparks!

The metallic pigments are composed of mica coated with iron oxide in which the colour effect is determined by the thickness of the iron oxide layer. Colorona® Glitter Chameleon is used in all types of colour cosmetics where a metallic pearl, frost or glitter effect is desired. Suitable for products for darker skins because of their saturated, intense colour value and also for use in bronzing powders.

Add to soaps, cosmetics, lotions - lots of fun to play with and adds sparkle!

Particle size 10-150 microns.

Ingredients: 45.0-54.0% Mica (77019), 46.0-55.0% Iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) (77491).

Safe for use on eyes, lips, face and nails. Vegan

1gm, 5gm and10gm available in a clear resealable plastic bag or styrene plastic cosmetic pot.

5gm & 10gm come with a 0.15cc scoop to make formulating easier.

50gm, 100gm, 250gm are packaged in clear resealable plastic bags.

This mica has been discontinued, when it runs out I will replace it with the standard Chameleon mica.
