Silica Microspheres Powder

Silica Microspheres are semi-transparent, white, micron-sized spherical ceramic particles used as fillers and texture enhancers in a variety of formulations. The spherical shape of the particles deliver a silky soft, luxurious feel and help to improve performance and efficiency.

These spherical particles are greater than 1 micron and smaller than 1000 micron (or 1mm) in diameter and are larger than nanospheres.

They work well in dry and wet formulations, you can add them to your lotions and moisturisers, and even your facial cleansers as an extremely gentle facial exfoliator - great for delicate and/or ageing skins.

They absorb scents and active ingredients, so when adding to your emulsions, you can blend them with your essential oils/active ingredients before adding to your base, otherwise, add to your oil phase after you have heated your waxes and added your vegetable oils.
