to reduce the swelling in your legs, etc so you can feel lighter during this heavy happy time....

This yummy refreshing blend is wonderful for bringing relief to your feet, ankles, legs and arms, and can be safely used throughout your pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as when there are hormonal issues present.

  • Cypress - promotes circulation, and is known as a “vein decongestant”.
  • Geranium - an uplifting diuretic that stimulates the lymphatic system, while gently keeping your hormones in balance.
  • Lime - refreshing and uplifting to your spirits as well as your body while it assists the cypress in the detoxifying process.
  • Tangerine - emotionally stimulating, toning and calming for your skin.
  • Amor Pregnancy Base Oil - nurturing for your skin.

To use:
Massage Oil - gently massage the areas of your body which are swollen, directing the strokes towards the heart as this helps improve circulation and stimulates the movement of the lymphatic system.

Roll On / Pulse Point - add to a roller bottle, and apply to irritated areas without getting your hands oily... a great option for work and travel. You can do this with our 10ml and 50ml bottles.

Presented in a blue glass bottle with a black lid.

This formulation was originally created for a fellow mum in my antenatal group who was having an uncomfortable time with her legs swelling whilst she was expecting her first child. She loved it so much she came back for more with her subsequent pregnancies and so did some of the other mums!
