Description: A greenish-yellow to pale-yellow oil with a fresh, citrus aroma.

Major constituents: A typical chemical composition of Grapefruit Essential Oil:

a-pinene (0.38%), b-pinene (0.02%), sabinene (0.42%), myrcene (1.37%), d-limonene (84.0%), citronellal (0.1%), decanol (0.4%), linalool (0.1%), nootkatone (0.1%).

Indications: Grapefruit may be used to alleviate congested and oily skin.

Directions: Add 4 drops to oil vaporiser or 3 drops to every 10ml carrier oil, 1-3 times daily.

Safety: Grapefruit oil is relatively non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitising. Maximum 4% in skincare products due to photosensitisation in the sun. Avoid using oxidised Grapefruit oil.
