Major constituents: A typical chemical composition of German Chamomile Essential Oil:

chamazulene (2.16-35.59%), a-bisabolol (1.72-67.25%), bisabolol oxide (55.08%), bisabolol oxide B (4.35-18.93%), bisabolol oxide A (63.85%).

Indications: German chamomile oil has traditionally been used to relieve indigestion and for its relaxing and calming properties.

Emotions: The scent of German chamomile is healing and emotionally strengthening.

Skin care: German chamomile oil has traditionally been used for the relief of the symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. It helps soothe rashes and irritated skin.

Directions: Combine with other pure essential oils or use alone in a diffuser. Use 3-7 drops. Can be diluted in a carrier oil and applied topically to treat any aches and pains, indigestion and period pain. Also benefits the nervous system, assisting with relaxation and sleep.
