Using Bach Remedies only, this 30 minute zoom video consultation is you telling me about what's going on in your life, how you feel, and how you would like to feel.

It may be about one thing in particular that's worrying or irritating you or it maybe many. 

Extra time can be booked if there's a lot going on... 

There are 38 Bach Flower Remedies created from wild flowers by Dr Bach in 1920s-1930s England and each has its own properties to help counteract negative thoughts and feelings, and to boost positive ones.  I find it interesting that these were created after the World War I and the Spanish Flu, and going into the Depression years, as he would have seen a lot of anxiety, depression, fear, grief, indecision and stress in his medical practice, along with those needing fortitude and courage.

My fee of $52.90 is for 30 minutes consultation and 1 x 30ml bottle of Bespoke Flower Essence Blend with a spray cap (plus freight)

How to Use Your Bespoke Bach Flowers Remedy, 30ml Spray

Acute: Spray into mouth every half hour up to 6 times a day as required.
Chronic: Spray into mouth up to 4 times a day as required.
