Eyeshadow Base Refill - Matte, 50gm

This Matte Eye Shadow Base has a flat finish and is ideal for eyelids for all ages and skin types.

If you have previously used on of our kits, this is a top up base.

If your current eye shadows are prone to creasing, add 0.1-1% Silica spheres to your formulation to minimise fine lines and wrinkles.

Blend at the ration of 2 parts Pigment : 1 part Base. Full instructions for use are in the booklets in our Cosmetic Kits, or you can purchase the book as a pdf file.

If you are filling a 26mm cosmetic pan for pressing, you will need approx 3 teaspoons of your formula (eg 2 tsp pigment + 1 tsp base).

Ingredients: Australian clay, Magnesium stearate, Mica, Titanium dioxide.

Comes in a snaplock plastic bag.
