End cap is removable, however you cannot fill this pencil from the bottom - it has to be from the top.

It is incredibly easy to fill and doesn't need sharpening.

To fill, fill up a syringe to the 1.5 ml line and inject into the pencil top. You will want to top it off a bit the same as you would a lip balm.

Let harden and then shape if you feel the need to. Put in the refrigerator to set.

If you are careful with the winding mechanism, this pencil is reusable.
