Applying Liquid Eyeliner is a skill, making a liquid one is a lot easier... weill it is from my perspective as I have never mastered the art of applying it without it ending up everywhere excepr where it is supposed to be! What I can do is a lash serum - some people like to use a mascara tube, others an eyeliner tube. This tube can also be used for a liquid lip liner.
